Sam Padbidri.
Founder & CEO
Charting artist turned entertainment lawyer & entrepreneur
Overview
Sam combines legal and operating experience across music, entertainment, media and technology. He has represented global superstar talent on landmark entertainment deals and gone on to help structure, build and run the cross-border companies and ownership structures around their businesses.
Through Solve, representation is only the starting point. The mandate can extend from reviewing and negotiating the deal to incorporating the companies, protecting the rights, sitting on boards, and helping operate what talent owns.
Alongside his advisory work, Sam is an operator and investor, holding board and executive roles across businesses Solve builds and backs.

Artist Career

Dreebsby
Singer · Songwriter · Producer
Sam recorded and performed as Dreebsby, charting internationally as a singer-songwriter and playing the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix at Marina Bay Street Circuit in 2023, on a bill headlined by Post Malone.
Having run an artist career of his own, he reads these agreements from the side of the person whose name is on the record. Clients on the creative side rarely have to explain the problem twice.
