Solve Media is widely regarded as an emerging market leader in the music industry. The firm is, however, also now being recognised as an all round media, technology and intellectual property consultancy with a broad range of services.
Our History
We began in 2017 in Singapore as a small boutique music consultancy known as Goose Infiniti, offering end-to-end music industry services from production and distribution to negotiating major label deals and advising early stage music tech startups.
In 2023 we grew into Solve Media, acquiring Goose Infiniti and all its IP and ventures, as we expanded into more areas of media, entertainment and leisure including music, sports branding, e-commerce, gaming, digital media and technology.
Our Founder
Sam Padbidri is a music industry triple threat: lawyer, entrepreneur and artist. He took a risk in 2017 turning down a cushy law firm job to start his own label, sign himself, and move to London to chase his dreams. Today he’s known for empowering creativity both in the boardroom and on stage, with a unique blend of legal, commercial and creative music experience sought after by the music industry across JAPAC.
Sam regularly speaks on industry panels, releases original music and has been recognised as an innovation partner by private, public and government institutions. His is also the recently appointed CEO by a publicly listed company for a music tech startup and Mentor for German Entrepreneurship Asia.

Solve offers most of the services that its clients require from any aspect of the music industry: negotiating agreements; music business advisory; music tech strategy consulting; buying, structuring and selling companies; the sale or acquisition of music publishing or master rights catalogues; and building digital media and technology companies generally. Well regarded for its comprehensive advisory in building music tech companies and ability to conclude agreements, the company's outlook is always coupled with a sound, pragmatic approach to ever-changing industry landscapes.
The firm has a low profile and is known for the longevity of the relationships it enjoys with its clients, many of whom have been with the firm from the start of their careers or incorporation, and who now enjoy growing fame and success.
Solve has grown organically to accommodate the increase in its client numbers and the breadth of its clientele. The reputation of our founder and word of mouth recommendation are the primary sources of business for Solve as opposed to any advertising and promotion trading on the back of the fame and notoriety of our clients.
