Dear IPA member and friends,

First of all, I would like to congratulate Ms Andriani Winoto, the Chairperson of IPA Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SOLVE) awards, for her success to materialise this noble idea. This awards is aimed to acknowledge and to introduce the unsung heroes working in forgotten corners of our country. Not only that, this event will mark IPA transformation from one organisation that only focus on the networking between members to more matured socially-conscious organisation. In line with our vision to contribute to the social development in our society, IPA SOLVE will recognize and acknowledge individuals or teams who has made a difference in certain society in Indonesia.

Andriani's team has worked very hard, with a limited time, to arrange and organize this event so that it will run smoothly. For the launching, they have successfully invited top notch social icons both in Indonesia and Singapore. Anies Baswedan the President of Paramadina University who is also known for his project of "Indonesia Mengajar", Jack Sim the CEO of world toilet organisation, and Mr Lukito Tuwo the vice chairman of Bappenas who will be addressing our event. I am sure by listening to these amazing people, we would be inspired to contribute more for social causes.

I would like to invite you all to join us with this social movement with any ways you can. If you or your team have a project to make social contribution in Indonesia or have done an amazing work as a change maker please nominate yourself through IPA Solve website www.solve.sg. If you know someone or a group who is doing such projects, please nominate them through the website. If you dont, you can always spread the words and tell your family and friends about this program, we need as much support as we can. We are also welcoming individual donation or company's sponsorship to support this event. 

Lastly, for the social entrepreneurs and the change makers, please keep your spirit up, you will not be forgotten and left behind. Your works have inspired us to be a change maker in our society.
